Inky's Fri-Yay June 7

Well we are one week into winter and we are dragging out the winter woollies like

But I’ve got something to warm your heart – Meeting ANOTHER Inky Judge! Everyone – say Hi to Marlees from the Sunshine coast! She loves reading and all things books – which makes her kind of perfect for her job as an Inky Judge. Have you said,” Hi” yet?

And while those Inky Judges are reading and deliberating and, well, judging, the Shadow Judges are reading and reviewing over at The Inky Awards Blog!

This week imosshelf has reviewed The Belles,  lightansdark has reviewed Whisper,  and bookhaven has reviewed Between the Blade and the Heart.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, THERE IS A GIVEAWAY! I mean did you hear me? I said A GIVEAWAY! Two double passes to the YA events at Willy Lit Fest on June 15! Some of your favourite LoveOZYA authors will be there so what are you waiting for?

And everywhere else?

The Between the Pages Bookclub have a discussion happening about last month’s book To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before  and have announced June’s book is Aurora Rising by not one, but two 2019 Inky Longlisted authors  – Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff! So get reading and join in!

We have fiction from dolphinkick, brilliant words and book recommendations from  Word of the Day, but, alas. no playlist from chelcyg this week because of exams.  If you’re feeling a bit down or even just a bit mediocre or even just a bit blah  – then we have the Positive Mindset blog to cheer you up!

And don’t forget our Emily Meade guest post mini review series continues, we have another guest post from Jananee Sundarakumar on Binge Worthy Standalones., and a reading list for PRIDE MONTH! Yes! It’s PRIDE MONTH!

BUT DID I MENTION THE GIVEAWAY???

Have a great weekend everyone!

I love Fri-Yay posts. We should have Mon-Yay, Tues-Yay, Wednes-Yay, Thurs-Yay, Satur-Yay and Sun-Yay.

That would make my Yay- I mean day.
