Hush Hush

Author:  Becca Fitzpatrick

A sacred oath, a fallen angel, a forbidden love... This darkly romantic story features our heroine, Nora Grey, a seemingly normal teenage girl with her own shadowy connection to the Nephilim, and super-alluring bad boy, Patch, now her deskmate in biology class. Together they find themselves at the centre of a centuries-old feud between a fallen angel and a Nephilim... Forced to sit next to Patch in science class, Nora attempts to resist his flirting, though gradually falls for him against her better judgment. Meanwhile creepy things are going on with a mysterious stalker following her car, breaking into her house and attacking her best friend, Vi. Nora suspects Patch, but there are other suspects too - not least a new boy who has transferred from a different college after being wrongly accused of murdering his girlfriend. And he seems to have taken a shine to Nora... Love certainly is dangerous... and someone is going to have to make the ultimate sacrifice for it.

I don't know how to describe this book. Hush Hush had me glued to the pages till the very end and thats when i paid attention to reality. Literally. Fitzgerald made an amzaing books filled with amazing characters that could never be mistaken. My favourite character would probably be Vee (read the book and you'll understand who i'm talking about). she was sassy and sarcastic. Then there's Patch, he was described perfectly, I could imagine him clearly. If you like angels, romance and mystery, this book is definitely for you!! i would rate this book a 4.5 out of 5, due to the plot, description, and the suspense that made me rush out to the stores to buy the second book. Becca Fitzgerald has made an indescribable and speechless book!!!!

I Love this book!!!!! Hush Hush is a mysterious, unpredictable and intense book that i fell in love with since the first page! The story had me memorized and glued to the pages. I loved every second and minute of it. Two of the characters did catch my liking. A teenage girl named Nora and a Fallen Angel named Patch. Let’s talk about Patch first, Patch is a mysterious and amusing that  made me fall in love with him. Talk about unpredictable, Patch is definitely full of surprises and secretes. Now let’s talk about Nora, a normal teenage girl who goes to a high school, she likes to do her best and get good grades but well let’s say that all changed once she met Patch. Patch and Nora is two different kinds of people, that makes it more interesting because two different people from two different worlds would make everything change. By the time I ended reading, I simply wanted more!!!! I admit a shed a tear or two reading this and a lot of wondering. I absolutely recommend this for people who love comedy, romance, unpredictable and mysterious book!!!!!!!! This book has made me curious and trying to predict what would happen next. No matter how hard I try to not read this book at night I end up doing it, it is very addictive like CHICKEN AND CHOCOLATE!

A forbidden love is certainly dangerous but someone’s gonna fight for it

I absolutely love this book! Hush Hush was definitely one of the best books I’ve read. It was incredibly exciting and funny in parts and a thoroughly mesmerising read. Hush Hush had me glued to the pages. It was painstakingly difficult to find a good place to finish reading for the night and put the book away, and that’s because the whole book was so fast-paced and I always wanted to know what was going to happen. I loved all the characters in this book completely. Firstly, Patch… how do I even begin to describe how perfect Path was? His mysterious, alluring personality made me fall in love with him instantly. I was curious to know more about Patch from the very beginning. He had a dark air about him and I liked how I couldn’t completely trust him all the time. Patch was totally irresistible and I found myself loving him more and more the further the book progressed. He always had clever and amusing things to say and I enjoyed reading the interaction between him and Nora. From the start of the book, I noticed that Nora and Patch were complete opposites. Nora was a very high achiever and aimed to do the very best possible in all aspects of academic work. When she was made to sit next to the arrogant and seemingly unmotivated Patch in class, I knew this was going to be interesting. Also, I really liked Nora and Vee’s friendship. Everything they did together seemed really natural and I loved their conversations. Although Vee was interested in everything Nora wasn’t, the pair had an unbreakable friendship that was fun and easy to read. The plot to this book was amazing and I loved every minute of reading this book. Hush Hush flowed very smoothly and there wasn’t a dull moment in the entire book. I highly recommend reading Hush Hush!
