Jane: I know what you mean, all my fairy shots involve weeks of planning. As for passport shots - yep the idea is to make you look bad. That's why you're not allowed to smile. This way they have a better chance of making you look like a manic depressive, a petty criminal or that guy from Nightmare on Elm Street.
