The secret history of the Ranger's Apprentice

Unconfirmed accounts of a group of Araluen warriors - tales of adventure, battle, and triumph over evil - have spread for centuries throughout the known world. Most notable is a clan shrouded in mystery, phantom warriors known as the Rangers.

Two names pass the lips of every storyteller: Halt, and his apprentice, Will. They and their comrades in arms are said to have traveled throughout the kingdom and beyond its borders, protecting those who needed it most. If true, these rumors can be only part of the story.

Only now, centuries after these men and women walked the earth, do we have confirmation of their existence. Behold The Lost Stories.

This books answers many questions that have been on all rangers apprentice fans for a while. Many answers are what you would expect but some are quite interesting. I think Will and Alyss's marriage was long overdue. Overall a good book but more could be put into it.

Everyone knows the legends of the Rangers of Arulan. But no one has heard the full story... until now. Has Halt told Will the truth about how Will became an orphan? Did Gilan track down Morgarath's lieutinant after the battle of Three Step Pass? Is there to be a royal wedding... or will tragedy strike first?

Inspired by questions and letters sent by his loyal readers, John Flanagan answers all your burning questions about the world of the Rangers.

If you want to know what's gone before and what cames next for Will, Halt, Horace, Alyss, Evanlyn and Gilan- not to mention a certain stubborn little pony- The Lost Stories is an unmissable read

Can't believe they made it like they were manuscript stories.

It's still pretty good but I wouldn't give it any more than a 4.

At the end Will gets married to Alyss.

Horace and Cassandra/Evanlyn get married at Redmont. With a Genovesan trying to kill Cassandra with a poisoned crossbow arrow.

Finally,Finally,Halt cries at Will's marriage.
