I Started Crying Monday

This book was very good it was about a girl who had a drunk father and a mum that kept getting frustrated with the father untill one day her mum tells her to meet her somehere after school and the mother never turns up. The girl and the brother wonder where her mum is and have to go to a family friends house and stay there. That lady finds out that there house has been burnt down and her other two younger siblings and her mother are all dead and her dog was shot by her dad that always abused her. He was then with severe damage in hospital and she lives with her aunty for the rest of her life with her brother.
