Harry Potter. You most likely have heard this name. You may have possibly seen a harry potter movie, but the book is so much better! Harry Potter and the philosophers is definitely a fantastic read and I believe you will want to grab a copy of this amazing book by the end of this review. Harry Potter and the Philosophers stone has really good descriptive language and the book also has chapters that really get you into the book.

Have you ever read a page in a book and thought “oh well I didn’t really need to understand that”? Then you have to spend more time re reading the whole page and it makes the book seem more boring and then you don’t get motivated to read on. While I read this book, I found that there was no reason to re-read a page because I got such a strong mental image of what was happening in this book. The words used in this book are chosen really well which makes it a lot easy for people to understand the situation. When you read this book you really get a clear mental picture in your head of what is going on in the book. This really helps you to understand the book and to enjoy the book more.

Harry potter and the philosophers stone really gets you into the book and leaves you thinking about what is about to happen next. The end of each chapter is a cliff hanger and just makes you want to read on and on. This makes the book so much more interesting.

Some people believe that it’s just easier to watch the movie, but NO! You don’t get the full effect from watching the movie! Reading the book gives you so much more detail and information! If you read the book before you watch the movie you will see how they left out parts and how the movie killed the book. If you were to watch the movie then read the book, you would understand the storyline so much more!

Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone is such a great novel. From the Fantastic descriptive language and the cliff hangers that leave you never wanting to put the book down I believe Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone is a must read for almost anyone. I recommend you pop into your local library or bookstore today and pick up your copy of the book today.
