Greg Heffley is in big trouble. School property has been damaged, and Greg is the prime suspect. But the crazy thing is, he's innocent. Or at least sort of.
The authorities are closing in, but when a surprise blizzard hits, the Heffley family is trapped indoors. Greg knows that when the snow melts he's going to have to face the music, but could any punishment be worse than being stuck inside with your family for the holidays?

This book is a 12 year old named Greg, it’s his first year of middle school with his friend Rowley how acts kinda babyish, but Greg doesn’t like (hates) Fregley. To greg Fregley is the weirdest kid he knows!!
What I liked about the book is that it is funny and how it’s about a kid going through middle school and all the epic fails Greg does, and at one point Rowley and Greg makes up a secret language and say something in front of Rowleys dad and he figures it out.
What I didn’t like about the book is nothing I LOVE this book and if I had a chance to change anything I wouldn’t because the book is fine how it is!!!
I would recommend this book to any one and every one because his book is hilarious, full of fails and Greg isn’t the only one how doesn’t fail it is also Rwley who does it in a funny way and I reckon this book is suitable for any one.
I give this book a 4 ½ stars out of 5 because if there was a touch of more fails and a touch more funniness I would give it a 5 out of 5!!

What would you do if you messed up REAL bad. When I'm talking about bad I'm saying like put paint on the wall accidently and got caught and other naughty things. Will he go to jail or will he hide FOREVER!

being trapped in his house with no food and his annoying brothers, greg has it realy hard!
with his house covered with snow greg has no choice but to do what he is told. he has to be in home school with Manny, pail water out of his basment and gets reunited with an old friend that he'd rather forget, he goes practicaly crazy! another amazing book by Jeff Kinney!
