Like most of the books which are later adapted into films, pay in mind that BOOKS ARE BETTER THAN MOVIES!!
even though u might not like the movie and think that 'TWILIGHT SUCKS'..BUT read the book first before making a decision...
as you all probably know~~~ its about Bella moving in with her Father at Forks and meets Edward there in which she finds out that he's a vampire....havent read this book in years but that's what this book is about.
Twilight is the story of Edward and Bella’s romance. Forget any vampire romance you have read before, Twilight is so unique it is almost like it’s in its own genre. The book is marketed at Young Adult readers but it has the ability to cross age barriers and will satisfy both teenagers and adults alike. The story is told in first person from the perspective of Bella, so the reader only ever know what she knows, making Edward and his family a mystery that is slowly unravelled throughout the book. Even by the end of the book I was still thirsting for more of the Cullen family back story - hopefully their characters might be developed further in future books. Bella herself is a well written and realistic character, shy and lacking in confidence, her sarcastic inner voice narrates the story for the reader. Twilight is simply and yet beautifully written. The descriptions of Forks leave you feeling like you can almost smell the damp air and hear the rain falling on the roof. The romance between Edward and Bella is both touching and compelling. The book reaches a fever pitch of excitement as the romance between Bella and Edward turns into a frantic race to stay alive. I have heard Twilight described as “a vampire story for people who don’t like vampire stories” and I think I would agree with that. Believe me, this is one book that you won’t want to end. I rate it 5 stars, there is also the Twilight saga that continues on with the romance of Bella and Edward.
Twilight is a love story by Stephenie Meyer. The main characters are Bella, Edward and jacob.
The story starts to take place when Bella and her dad move from Phoenix to a small town of Forks, Washington and when Bella and Edward get together. Twilight’s set in a forest, school, and Forks. The theme's mostly werewolves and vampires. Jacob's a werewolf and edward’s a vampire so jacob and him are enemies.
My favourite character would have to be Jacob because he's a werewolf, friendly, good, and i like werewolves better than vampires. The problem in the book is Bella gets bitten by a bad vampire and realises she’s falling in love with Edward. The problems solved by Bella not caring he's a vampire, and Edward taking the venom out of her.
The end of the book i feel is the most exciting because no ones safe, especially bella, the girl edward wants to keep safe most. It's more a teenage book, i wouldn’t recommend little kids under the age of 11 to read it, because they wouldn't understand it as much. I would read another book by this author because of the description the author uses to make you understand it more. Twilight’s a book anyone would like if you’re into these types of books. Read the book before you watch the movie, because there’s more information in the book then movie!
bella's live is simple and boring untill she meets edward a younge vampire who loves her

=_______.=
I think this book was really exciting especially with Bella and Edward. It’s good that they made a series as well because I just can’t get enough and by the way I am an Edward fan!!
This book is called 'Twilight', written by Stephanie Meyer. This book is about a teenage girl who moves to a town called 'Forks' which is located in 'Washington'! She had a tough start making new friends but she falls inlove with a cold blooded, murdering vampire. Jacob Black is an old friend that falls inlove with Bella. Bella doesn't know that Jacob and Edward are both not normal people, (Jacob is a wearwoof and Edward is a vampire).
Every chapter of this book is something that would surprise you becuase this is a lot of fantisy in this book and made up of useing your imagination.
This book is suited for usually people aged 13+, as though people younger wouldn't really find this interesting.
I personally didn't enjoy the Twilight series but I have this annoying habit that when I start something I HAVE to finish it. I find that the whole concept is a bit boring. The action is rare and when there is some it generally doesn't have you on the edge of your seat, the pages turning themselves. To sum it up, it's about love. That's about it. Every one is sacrificing themselves for the main character which I think is a bit odd concidering her personality isn't that special. But, hey!, if you are a big fan of romance and not very actiony vampires read this book, unfortunatley I am not one of those people.
Bella moves to Forks to live with her dad Charlie. At her school she meets a boy named Edward who she falls in love with. But what she doesn't know is that Edward is a vampire. The closer she gets to him the more she is getting herself and those around her in danger. This book releases a great love story between a human and vampire.
I like this book becuase of its fantasy features. I would give this book 4/5 stars. I recommend this book to anyone who loves mystery with romance.
I loved this book!!! I've read the whole series several times, but book number one never gets old. Stephanie Meyer is an amazing writer.
This book is about a different but long lasting romance, it's about adventure and death. A small town girl called Bella moves to a cold and dark place with her dad, starts at a new school and didnt expect what was really coming. Making friends was just the start but Bella falls in love with a cold blooded, murdering vampire. This book makes you happy, sad and curious all at the same time. Each and every chapter is exciting, you'll never get bored. It makes you feel like you're actually right there, you'll get teary, laugh and smile at different points of this book and it's definitely worth the read.
This book is suited for usually people aged 13+, as though people younger wouldn't really find it interesting or really understand. It deserves 5 stars because I think the story line is truly amazing, even if it isnt based on a true story, the book will make you think it's real.
I love TWILIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is an amazing and thrilling story that I would recomend to anyone who likes to get scared. This book totally FREAKED me out! I haven't finished it yet but it's really interesting so far! Can't wait to finish it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't like tearing books to shreds, because, well, authors put effort into their work, and I feel bad for it. And to say this book is absolute rubbish is to say a large portion of the world is made up of absolutely rubbish-y people. Twilight has to be liked for a reason, right? I read this, loved it initially because I found all the benefits of being a vampire rather awesome. But then the novel, and the rest of the series, seemed to go rather flat. Flat characters. Flat plot. The awesomeness of the vamp skills were underused. Apologies to Ms Meyer, but she builds up quite a bit of tension and just lets it down with a splat... the action is always seemingly on the sidelines, and the continuous reflections of Bella's rather repetitive, dull love life can only be endured for so long. Guess I'm not a paranormal romancey person...
