RE: The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants
Of all chick-lit kind of novels, this has got to be my favourite. It's bright, spunky, and represents every kind of girl. Maybe you're not specifically Lena, Carmen, Tibby or Bee, but I'm fairly sure with some mixing and matching, every girl will be able to find themselves here. This novel is about friendship and love, about growing up and apart, but staying together too. It's about change. It's about putting aside differences, but also appreciating what makes you different. There's family and romance, sports and media. There's illness and death. I highly recommend this to any teenage girl - tomboys and all. It's a beautiful story that leaves you happy for just being, flaws and all ♥
