Best in Show: The Hobbit

75 years ago JRR Tolkien had his first novel published - The Hobbit. In December, ten years after the theatrical release of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, the first of three (yup, three) Hobbit movies will be released, and I've gotta tell you - I'm more excited about this than I am about Christmas. (I know, but it's true!)

There is a brand new second trailer (like second breakfast, and just as good) for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. It's bookish, it's adventure, it's hobbits:

And just in case you missed the first trailer, here it is, with the introduction of all thirteen dwarves. (Don't you just love faithful adaptations?)

So, fess up - who else is excited? And who's memorised all of the dwarves names already?
